Return Period

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unopened and unused
Sealed in its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
Returned with any included accessories, packaging, or invoice if applicable

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
